Sarah Yates Interiors make beautiful handfinished curtains in our own workrooms using fabrics including silk, damask, sheers, weaves, cottons, linens, prints and velvet.
The design of your curtains or drapes is paramount to make sure the proportions of the curtains and fine details are exactly right. The curtains can be lined or interlined and handfinished or machine finished; this ensures that they have an immaculate finish and drapability.
Curtains can be made with a variety of heading - pinch pleat, pencil pleat, goblet, eyelet, smocked or a design made specifically for you and your location; each heading will hang differently or require a specific curtain track or pole – ask Sarah to detail how.
We use many curtain fabrics and the beautiful finished products are testament to the skill of our experienced curtain makers.
Curtains can be enhanced by adding a pelmet, lambrequin or valance, these can be shaped, trimmed and made to your specific needs. We make curtains in Exeter, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
We stock a vast selection of pattern books for all tastes covering a wide price range. They can be viewed in our showroom or a selection can be brought for you to view on site.
